We are sticklers for quality, and believe less is more.  Just about everything we source is organic.  We found a handful of companies that supply our ingredients and believe everyone should support them also!

Redmond Real Salt is pure, unrefined sea salt full of trace minerals mined from an ancient seabed in Utah, hidden from modern pollutants. 

We source sprouted organic oats, the most difficult oat to find.  If you didnt know, sprouting means to start the germination process, the first step in creating a new plant, which helps the oat groats break down their own nutrients into building blocks.  Sprouting helps complex carbohydrates break down into sugars, proteins into amino acids & peptides, and fats into fatty acids. These smaller, simpler molecules are easier to digest. Germination also breaks down phytate, an anti-nutrient that may block absorption of other nutrients.

Chocolate Chips from Equal Exchange - many chocolate chips have fillers and preservatives, even organic ones!  Our chocolate chips contain only three organic ingredients: raw cane sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter.  Less is more!
